Faculty Introduction
Dr. Feng Jianshe is an Associate Professor and PhD Supervisor at the School of Advanced Manufacturing, Sun Yat-sen University, and has been selected as a Shenzhen Overseas High-Level Talent (“Peacock Plan” Talent).
His main research areas include industrial artificial intelligence, precision manufacturing process monitoring, intelligent maintenance of high-end equipment, structural health monitoring, industrial big data, and advanced process control. He has previously served as Chief Technology Officer of Xinrun Fulian Digital Technology, Head of Industrial AI Products at Foxconn Industrial Internet, and Research Scientist at General Motors, USA. In recent years, he has led or participated in multiple smart manufacturing projects for companies including CITIC Group, Foxconn Technology Group, General Motors USA, Applied Materials USA, Eaton Electric, Total Plastic, Shanghai Electric, and Hiwin Group, involving fields such as semiconductor manufacturing, new energy, and automotive industry, maintaining long-term industry-academia-research cooperation and technology transfer.
