First-Year Undergraduates Win Guangdong Province Third Prize in Intelligent Precision Assembly Competition

First-year undergraduates Li Wenfei, Xie Ying, Lin Yule, and Wang Ziming, guided by the Advanced Manufacturing Intelligence Laboratory, performed excellently in the 2025 Intelligent Precision Assembly Competition, winning the Guangdong Province Third Prize, demonstrating freshmen's learning abilities and innovation potential.

On August 30th, exciting news came from the Advanced Manufacturing Intelligence Laboratory. Under the laboratory’s guidance, first-year undergraduates Li Wenfei, Xie Ying, Lin Yule, and Wang Ziming performed excellently in the 2025 Intelligent Precision Assembly Competition, winning the Guangdong Province Third Prize. This achievement fully demonstrates freshmen’s learning abilities and innovation potential.

The Intelligent Precision Assembly Competition is an important technical competition for university students nationwide, aiming to cultivate students’ engineering practice capabilities and innovative thinking. The competition covers multiple technical fields including smart manufacturing, precision assembly, and automated control, placing high demands on students’ theoretical foundations and practical abilities.
